D&D Computer Concepts is proud to offer remote services and diagnostics! Yes, that's right, you may not have to go through the hassle of bringing your computer into us. Here is how Remote Diagnostics will work.
***There is a $25.00 fee per session.***
1 Email me at dndcomputerconcepts@yahoo.com to schedule a session. 2 Make your payment via Paypal. Send payment of $25.00 to dndcomputerconcepts@yahoo.com
3 Click on the Remote Diagnostics button above. A box will pop up, choose run. This will install the software on your computer. It will show a ID and password. You will need to email me your ID and password. I will be at my computer waiting for the email. This will allow me to connect to your computer.
4 When we are done simply close the program. Ignore the advertisement when the program closes.
